A Personal Message
Rosalynd became curious as she read through the letter. She turned to see if the men had stayed but they were already gone. Rosalynd started to read the message. After the first few sentences, she realized this was a note for her. “We might come from different cultures and disagree on certain issues …”

Heartfelt
Rosalynd became more and more moved by each sentence. Jason wrote in the next line: “If we all shared a smile as beautiful as yours and a kindness as kind as yours, then our country will come together.” Not gender. Just American. Rosalynd could not find the right words. She didn’t expect people so different from her to be able to appreciate basic courtesies.
