Jason was moved by this thought. He began to reflect on the many things that he had shared with others even though it wasn’t immediately apparent. His amazing act of kindness was inspired by the smiling waitress who treated him with a smile, regardless of her initial thoughts about him. It is amazing that people have so much to share, even when they appear so different.
There’s more to common than appearances
Jason wanted Rosalynd know that they shared more than first impressions would suggest. Jason said in an interview that while he was thinking back on his weekend, he became aware of how Americans have preconceived notions about each other. He added, “We won’t improve”. You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover or face value.
