Remove temporary support beams
In projects like this, safety is paramount. When building a bunker, it is foolish to disregard safety precautions. When you’re already spending a lot, it is not worth cutting corners.

It was time to remove all the beams that had held the roof temporarily in place. These cinderblocks were not just for display. All of them worked together to build a strong foundation for the bunker.
Filling the soil
Wayne filled in all of the gaps in the yard with a high-quality soil, so the bunker wouldn’t be in the middle. Wayne can then add plants to the bunker to blend it in with the yard. This will give him more space.

It’s as if there was never a giant hole! It doesn’t look like there is a large bunker.
