Who would have thought that old cookie jars could be worth serious money? Reyne Hirsch is an appraiser for PBS’ Antiques Roadshow. She claims that in 2018, a cookie jar dating back to the 1950s was sold at a staggering $1,200. Hirsch claims that jars designed in the likeness of famous cartoon figures can fetch even more. A Little Audrey cookie jar, for example, sold on eBay in 2019 for $3,400. Woah!
