Emma walked off
Mark walked up to Emma and began complaining about something she had no responsibility for. Emma glanced at him but didn’t listen. She stood up and packed her bags as he spoke.
She has had enough!
Drive home quickly
Emma thought that the safety of her daughter was more important than the job. Mark had taken advantage for too long and it was now time to stop.
She was shocked at how she let him control her. Because of him, her daughter had to be left with a stranger. She jumped in her car and drove back home.
