Father’s Regret
Jane’s dad sighed heavily, feeling the weight his decisions. Tom started a conversation when he came downstairs to get a glass water. “Tom, I realize my mistakes. I wanted to bring together my family, but I think I may have pushed my daughter even further away. Tom nodded. “It is hard, sir.”
