Sending them away
Jane sent her parents back home the night before the wedding. She didn’t wish for them to ruin the day that should have been her most special.
Jane’s parents, in particular her father, were upset, even though he didn’t act as badly as Jane.

Jane and Tom enjoyed their marriage for several months. Tom moved into Jane’s house because he didn’t have a home of his own. Jane was also trying to find him a job.
Jane received a text from her mother who she had not spoken to since sending them away.
