Sudden silence
After standing still for several seconds, Tommy whispered “What’s that?” We have to go check it out. Emma raised her head in disagreement. Chris was walking towards the secret door he had found earlier.
Silently, they awaited his reply.
Chris ran through the opening
Chris vanished. Emma and Tommy tried to catch him up. He ran into the dark passageway where they had come!
They shouted, “Chris!” He continued to run. He screamed.
