CARRIE FISHER – STAR WARS 1977
Carrie Fisher, the daughter of legendary American entertainers Eddie Fisher & Debbie Reynolds, was born for Hollywood success. Fisher’s writing skills were not limited to her acting. She contributed to such films as “Wishful Drinking,” The Wedding Singer,” and Hook.
Her most lasting legacy is her role as Princess Leia from 1977 to 1983 in the “Star Wars” saga, which included the release of “The Last Jedi”, a posthumous film, in 2017. Fisher wore the iconic golden metal slave bikini in the 1983 film “Return of the Jedi” as she bravely faced the evil Jabba the Hultt. This was a symbol of strength and resilience throughout cinema history.
TRINA PARKS – DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER – 1971
Trina is a beautiful embodiment of talent. She has a diverse repertoire, which includes singing, dancing, choreography and acting. Her career began in the theatre and transitioned to television and film with notable performances such as “Beyond the Valley of the Dolls.”
Trina was the first African American woman to be cast in a James Bond sequel in 1971, “Diamonds Are Forever.” She was a bodyguard called Thumper in the film and she looked stunning in a white vintage swimsuit, which was complemented with a stylish choker.
