Hannah and Collin, who have chosen to reside with Jon, are the only ones in contact with him. Police were called to the orthodontist’s office in August 2017 after Jon and Kate had a heated argument about who would take their 13-year-old daughter home. Jon eventually took their daughter to her home.
Moving with Him
Hannah was reported to be the child in question in the orthodontist fiasco. In August 2018, Jon announced that Hannah was living permanently with him, but there was an ongoing custody dispute with Kate. In April 2018, he reportedly won custody over Hannah at court. Kate appealed, but her appeal was rejected in June 2018.
