Both the hikers and the creature were fascinated by it. The hikers had never seen anything similar before. David persuaded Kevin and Harry to be hesitant, and David insisted that they must capture the bulge and determine what caused it.

They knew that it was a dangerous job. Kevin, however, was ready to take on the challenge.

They Needed Help

Kevin approached the alligator with caution, taking care not to startle him. He was relieved that it let him get near without attacking. He liked to live on the edge and was the adventurous one. It was no surprise that he would do whatever it takes to solve this mystery.

They decided after some discussion to call the local veterinarian who could help them.
