Catching up
Emily and Sarah continued to talk for the remainder of the afternoon. The two had a great time sharing stories. Emily said something to Sarah just before she was about leave. “I have to show you something.
When can you meet me where we first met up? “What about tomorrow at 12?”
Separate ways
Emily, who was with Sarah, asked her one last question before she left.
Can I take this sign with me?
Sarah smiled and said, “Of Course, Dear.”
After they parted, Sarah continued her normal day, unaware of the events that would unfold tomorrow.
Meeting Emily
Sarah awoke the next morning as she always did. She didn’t know what Emily was going to show her but she still got excited. She dressed and went out the door.
Sarah was nostalgic about the old days when she used to walk every day, all the way from her home to work.
