Salmon
Salmon is often referred to by many as the “chicken of the sea” because of its deliciousness and versatility. It makes great sushi, salads and can be a wonderful addition to any creative dish. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fats and other nutrients, which helps to lower triglycerides. Salmon is also good for preventing blood clotting and widening constricted vessels. But most importantly, it prevents heart disease.
