A glass or champagne
She accepted the glass of champagne with a big smile and began to laugh, as the bubbly liquid tickled her throat. She had been so excited and overwhelmed by the compliments on her appearance that she almost forgot about the last preparations for her wedding ceremony.
Then, she remembered the mother of Larry and the significance of that day. She smiled and took a deep breathe, knowing everything would be okay. She was now letting the world happen, including both happy and disappointing feelings.
The Altar Room
Larry stood nervously on stage as all eyes were on him. The ceremony was about start, but there were many empty seats. Other guests began to notice.
Barbara was the only one who knew that those seats were reserved. It was not the right time to explain. This matter will need to be put off. The situation will be clear if the mystery guests arrive. It was her time as a bride.
