Larry became pale
Barbara noticed as she looked around that everyone was looking at the woman who just entered. She wore a flowing, long dress with a scarf around her neck. The hair was pulled into a tight bun and her expressionless face.
Barbara knew that the woman was the one who had turned pale as she walked up to the podium.
Shouting loudly
Larry was already standing on the stage edge, with his face contorted in anger. He shouted, “What the hell are you doing, Mom? Get out!”
