Her first attempt to invite Larry’s family
Barbara was unsure if she could reach out to his family or friends.
Barbara, after much consideration, decided to post a message to social media to see if anyone in Larry’s extended family would respond. Although she was nervous, she was determined to get the message to the right people so that they could attend the wedding.
She started to feel discouraged
This seemed like a good idea at first, but she soon ran into a problem. Larry was not on any social media sites, and his last name is so generic, that it returned over a thousand results when she searched for him.
She was frustrated and annoyed by Larry’s refusal to introduce her family. It was something that she thought was normal in a serious relationship.
