Blocking a car
Davis placed his cruiser strategically on the left lane to stop the Honda from overtaking. He was about to tell Honda’s driver to stop but Honda had other plans.
The white car was able use the right lane and easily navigated around Davis, on a road which was relatively free of traffic.
