Cracking of all eggs
Two days had passed since the eggs were discovered. The tarp did a great job in protecting the eggs from weather and predators. The eggs began to crack and they could hatch any moment.
Hans checks on them
It was finally time on the fourth day. Hans noticed that one of the eggs was empty when he went to check. He looked all around him but could not find the baby.
He called over his daughters and they waited together for the other eggs.
