Napoleon Dynamite – Idaho
Napoleon Dynamite was a cult favorite after its 2004 release. The movie is ranked among the top 100 most hilarious movies of all time. The film is directed by Jared Hess, and Jon Heder stars as the title character. Jon Gries is joined by Aaron Ruell and Tina Majorino. Efren Ramirez and Diedrich Bär are also part of the cast.
In the film, Napoleon’s story is told. He is a high-school geek who has to deal with multiple problems at once. Napoleon becomes friends with an immigrant who wants to be the class president.
He lives with a strange family and dates a student. Rumors say that Hess spent his formative years in Preston Idaho. This influenced the story. He chose Preston as the location for his film because of this. Hess shot a few sequences in Franklin.
The Dark Knight – Illinois
The film was the best of the three, and Christopher Nolan has never failed to amaze his audience. Chicago was selected as the location for Gotham City in the second installment of Batman, just as Nolan did for Batman Begins.
Christian Bale made a great comeback as the Caped Crusader in this film. He did everything he could to beat Heath Ledger as the Joker. Ledger’s outstanding performance was not enough to win him the Best Supporting Actor Oscar in 2009, after his death.
When asked about his choice of location, Nathan Crowley said that he wanted to give the city’s buildings a new vigor. The majority of authorities had cleared the city of criminal elements.
