Constanta Casino
The Constanta Casino, Romania was built in 1910 and cost $8 million with all the luxurious fixtures of that time. It was no longer viable to operate in 1990. Although there were attempts to renovate the building, plans for renovations have been put on hold.
Disney’s River Country
Disney opened River Country in Bay Lake Florida in 1976. River Country was not as popular as other Disney parks. River Country’s popularity dropped dramatically after Disney opened Typhoon Lagoon. It was finally closed in 2005. Disney announced its plan to turn the lot into a hotel.
