The sailing process wasn’t completely smooth
Even though it might seem straightforward, the construction process was full of twists and turns. Inspectors found that Breaux did not use enough insulation in a particular area. Breaux was able spray the foam for 30 seconds and then let it work.
Breaux also had the same problem with standing water on his roof. He estimated that 45 gallons were removed from his roof when he started construction on the rooftop terrace. The water was easily removed with a bucket. This shows how well-built his construction is. He’s hopefully fixed his standing water problem and won’t have to worry about roof leaks any longer.
