The House He’d Been Dreaming About for a While
Breaux’s idea of building a container house for storage was in his mind for some time before he actually took action. He did not wake up one morning, walk into a shipyard, and leave with 11 containers. The project was not simple. This project required careful planning.
Breaux was required to obtain planning permission, and show that his building met all codes throughout the construction phase. He could not build something complex and then have it collapse because he missed something important to the structure. Breaux planned and imagined for many years before he started digging the foundations.
