Many questions
Mark was arrested in a frenzy. From all directions, officers converged on Mark. Mark’s protests, and his shock at their actions, did not stop them. He was then handcuffed and his rights read to him. Then he was escorted into the police station, where he’d be asked a series of questions and placed in an icy jail cell. The gravity of his situation was evident as the doors to the police station closed.
The officers’ stern expressions and the cold, sterile atmosphere they brought him into made it obvious that he was going to be subjected a lengthy interrogation. The heavy metal chair, overhead lights and the one-way mirror reflection created a tense environment. Mark tried to calm down his racing heart by taking a deep breath. He mentally prepared for the barrage of questions, the probing stares, and the long explanations he would need to give over the next few hours.
