Digging it Out
Mark carefully excavated around the metallic object and it was clear that this wasn’t a typical utility obstruction. This was not a pipe, or an underground installation as we know them. Mark was amazed by the sheer magnitude of this object. Mark felt that, despite his progress, he had not even begun to discover the true extent his discovery.
Every shovelful of dirt that he removed gave him the impression that he was about to discover something massive. He realized he hadn’t even scratched the surface.
