“Hurry up!”
Ian and Violet were energetic children who hurried in front of their parents to continue climbing the mountain. They were driven forward by their youthful enthusiasm. “Come on! “Why are you so slow? You both look so old! The children screamed at their parents, in a playful manner, to try to get them moving faster.
The anticipation was evident. Children were literally bursting with excitement. They wore wide-eyed expressions and were full restless energy. As they waited to reach their destination, the children were unable stop staring out of the window or exchanging animated conversations.
They were excited
Their parents had told them that the hike was going to be a pleasant one. The trail ended in a clearing that led to an expansive, shimmering river.
It was planned to rent a small boat and gently cruise along the water to get a different perspective of the beautiful nature around them before returning to the camper. Ian and Violet, who had never rented a boat before, were thrilled at the prospect.
