Garrett could not agree with Angela, because removing the ramp meant Angela would have to stay in the house. Was he being overreactive? He was not sure but felt he had to follow his gut instinct to try and correct the situation.
What to do
The couple didn’t know what to do. The HOA was sure to come after them if they continued to keep the ramp in place. If they agreed, did they give up their rights? They should follow Angela or Garrett.
